At Caitlin Bailey Hairdressing, my goal has always been simple: to create a relaxed, welcoming space where people can enjoy great hair and feel at ease. Over the years, I’ve built wonderful long-term relationships with my clients, and that personal connection has always been one of my favorite parts of this work. I’m grateful for the trust my clients place in me and for the conversations and moments we’ve shared along the way. These days, my schedule is intentionally small so I can focus on the clients I’ve had the pleasure of working with over time. Because of that, appointment availability is limited and my calendar is focused on my established clientele. Cancellation Policy
If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, 50% of the service(s) will be charged. If a scheduled appointment is canceled or rescheduled within an hour of your reserved time or if you don’t show up for your scheduled appointment, 100% of the service(s) will be charged. If you are 15+ minutes late for your appointment, you may need to reschedule and will be considered a late cancellation and shall be charged accordingly. Thank you for your understanding!
